Integral Consultation: Wholeness of Soul, Spirit, Body, Earth, and the Divine
(For the time being, enrollment in Integral Consultation is closed as at this the time openings are filled. When there are openings available, this notice will be removed. Thank you.)
Integral Soul/Spirit Direction consists of a series of Twelve one-hour telephone sessions, each session devoted to the development of a particular capacity for experiencing and living within soul/spirit awareness. We work toward relativizing the supposed separation between the earthly world and the spiritual world. We recognize the intertwining of the two worlds and work to develop this awareness, solving the impossible dilemmas of leaving the world for subtle and spiritual awareness and leaving spiritual awareness to navigate the so-called practical world.
This work is based upon 40 years of working with individuals in soul/spirit awakening and is based in the depth psychology of C, G. Jung, the Archetypal Psychology of James Hillman, Phenomenological Psychology, and most of all in the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
The theme of the practices and the conversations are:
1. Awakening to Full Inner-Body Awareness
2. Awakening to the Seven Regions of Intersecting Soul, Spirit, and Body
3. Stopping Thinking, illuminating Intuition
4. Expanding Body-Awareness
5. Entering the Silence
6. Entering the Stillness
7. Entering Heart-Awareness
8. Developing Soul/Spirit Awareness- from Unconsciousness to Wholeness
9. Surrender to the Spiritual Worlds, Receiving from the Depths
10. Awakening to Living in Creative Intuition
11. Sustaining Wholeness of Awareness
12. Wholeness as integral body, soul, spirit, earth, and divine awareness
Each of these tools requires time and devoted daily practice, along with guidance. In one-on-one sessions, we do practices together with each of these tools. We carefully track your inner development and how inner development seamlessly coordinates with changes in your life, relationships, work, and spiritual ideals. People typically find whatever religion or spiritual practice they are involved with opens in new and deeper and much more practical dimensions and that their beliefs have not been interfered with in any way.

HOW DOES IT WORK:
We meet for an hour session once a week. Time is mutually worked out. In the session, after we have worked three or four sessions with the soul/spirit assessment, we will do practices of entering the Silence, for a time, then move into practices of Heartfulness and then into practices of the Stillness, and then bring these into a creative synthesis of Spiritual-Earth Presence, and culminate with a new form of meditation for encountering the Divine. Approximately half of the time of a session involves doing a contemplative practice and working with speaking that deepens. The rest of the session concerns therapeutic work with particular regions of your life in relation to spiritual development and self-knowledge.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST: We meet once a week for 12 weeks.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST: The cost is $1100 for twelve one hour sessions.
